Our Services

Dental Exams

Regular dental exams are a critical part of preventive health care. During your dental exam, the dentist and hygienist check for cavities, periodontal disease and oral cancer.

Dental Hygiene Services

Our dental hygiene services include scaling, root planing, tooth polishing and fluoride treatments – including the use of silver diamine fluoride if indicated.

Periodontal Surgical Services

We offer dental crown lengthening, where excess gum and bone tissue is reshaped to expose more of the natural tooth.

Enjoy your new dazzling smile!

Tooth whitening can make your teeth a brighter shade. We offer in-office tooth bleaching and can give advice on home whitening systems.

Other Services

White & Gold Fillings

We offer white fillings as a cost-efficient, mid-term alternative to gold fillings. These fillings will be the same colour as your natural teeth and in most cases can be done in one appointment. Gold fillings are called inlays or onlays (depending on the size and style). These long-lasting, high quality fillings are made in a dental lab and therefore you will need at least two visits to get the job done.

Crowns, Implants & Dentures

If a significant portion of your tooth is damaged, a crown can be used to restore its shape, appearance and function. You may need a crown if you have had a root canal treatment, a previous large filling or a broken tooth. Dental implants are a surgical treatment that replaces a lost tooth root. The implant interfaces with the bone of the jaw or skull to support a dental prosthesis such as a crown, bridge, denture, facial prosthesis or to act as an orthodontic anchor.  If one or more of your teeth are missing, there are a number of ways to replace them. A cost-effective option is a partial or complete denture.

Extractions & Root Canal Treatments

Although permanent teeth were meant to last a lifetime, there are a number of reasons why tooth extraction may be needed. Our services are also including wisdom teeth removal with intravenous sedation. Root canal treatment, also known as endodontic therapy, is an effective and safe dental treatment. It allows a tooth to be saved instead of extracted, by removing the nerve or infection inside the tooth.

Paediatric Dentistry

For children ages 6 months and up we suggest dental visits to occur within six months of the eruption of the first tooth.

Office Policies

All general dentistry treatments are provided, including care to very young children and seniors. All radiographs (x-rays) are taken using low radiation digital radiography systems. The computerized record keeping allows us to provide a highly efficient and patient-friendly workplace. In addition, the computerized environment provides an ideal environment to better educate patients in all aspects of dental care. Oral sedation is available based on need.
