All general dentistry treatments are provided, including care to very young children and seniors. All radiographs (x-rays) are taken using low radiation digital radiography systems. The computerized record keeping allows us to provide a highly efficient and patient-friendly workplace. In addition, the computerized environment provides an ideal environment to better educate patients in all aspects of dental care. Oral sedation for adults can be made available, based on need.
Our Fees
Our fees are based on the current year schedule provided by the British Columbia Dental Association. We ask that the all services rendered are to be paid in full on the day of treatment. VISA, Mastercard, American Express and debit cards are accepted.
Appointments
As a courtesy to our patients, we offer to confirm appointments via text, email or phone call. Just let us know your preference! In return, we ask for at least 48 hours (two business days) notice for cancellations or change. Charges may be made for repeat missed appointments, short notice changes or cancellations.
Insurance
While we will process your dental insurance claim forms, and we will always inform you to the best of our knowledge what your insurance will cover, it should be appreciated that various plans differ in their coverage. It should be noted that many insurance plans will not provide any information to the dentist and her office regarding patient coverage. Full payment is the patient's ultimate responsibility.
Office Hours
We will endeavor to provide office hours most convenient to our patients. Dr. Wrinch and Dr. Rankin may be contacted by patients of the practice, outside of office hours for dental emergencies. We offer appointments five days per week, starting from 7 am to 5 pm (this depends on the day). Periodically, some Saturdays can be available for scheduling appointments.
